A gîte with spa in the heart of Villeréal
Heritage lovers will love the location of this gîte, in the heart of a bastide village listed as one of the most beautiful villages in France. The gîte combines old-world charm, with its exposed stone exterior, and modern comforts, with its refined interior design and private Jacuzzi!
The gîte is divided into three parts: the wooden wellness area with its jacuzzi, the flat with the living rooms, two bedrooms and a bathroom, and the annex with two bedrooms and a bathroom. The annex adjoins the gîte but has its own entrance.
As well as the jacuzzi, one of the gîte's main assets is its location: you can walk through the village to discover the small craft shops that line the narrow streets, or sample local produce in the village restaurants, or enjoy a drink on the terrace after a day's sightseeing - and all without taking the car! Free parking is available throughout the village, and you'll find a number of parking spaces in the immediate vicinity.
Exterior
Le gîte
- This large stone building is located in the centre of Villeréal, on the outskirts of the town. It's easily accessible by car, and there are several free parking spaces nearby. Then all you have to do is walk up the rue du Dropt to the village square.

The wellness area
• An all-wooden area with a 5-person Jacuzzi awaits you as soon as you enter the gîte. Ideal for relaxing after a day of sightseeing in the region or the day after a party!

The living room
- • A fully-equipped kitchen opening onto the dining room and living room to prepare your meals, with: oven, dishwasher, electric hob, fridge with freezer compartment
- • An 8-person dining room with wooden furniture, where you can get together and enjoy a good meal with local flavours.
- • 1 living room with a corner sofa, a rocking chair and a television for watching a good film or playing board games

• 2 bedrooms, each with a king-size bed. The bedrooms are spacious enough to accommodate an umbrella bed if required.

• The annex is attached to the gîte and has its own entrance. Inside, you'll find two bedrooms, each with a king-size bed, a shared bathroom and separate toilet. The bedrooms are large enough to accommodate a cot if required.
