The gîte sleeps 8 with its 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It is divided into three parts: a wellness area on the ground floor with jacuzzi, a gîte for 4 people on the first floor and an annex on the ground floor for 4 people, also with two bedrooms. Ideal for holidays with friends or family!

Inside the gîte, you'll find an all-wooden area with a 5-person Jacuzzi for moments of pure relaxation. A real cocoon with exotic decor!

Le Clos des Charmes is a 5-hectare estate surrounded by woods and meadows, on the outskirts of the village of Sainte-Sabine-Born, in the heart of the Périgord Pourpre region. A true haven of peace, the gates of the estate enclose a charming old 1300 m² manor house dating from the 18th century, restored in the traditional manner to create a prestigious building. With a capacity of 38 people, this is an exceptional gîte.

In order to offer its residents a unique relaxation experience, Le Clos des Charmes provides a number of relaxation areas. There's a lounge bar and games room (billiards, table football, darts), a fitness area with muscle-strengthening equipment and a wellness area.
